2024–2025:

Moments & Recognitions

  • In February 2025, Union Square Soirée was featured in the Baltimore Banner.

    Woo-hoo! 🥳

  • Union Square Soirée is dedicated to supporting artists and keeping music and art alive. In December 2024, we launched a Premium Guatemalan Coffee Collection, blending our passion for the arts with a commitment to quality and cultural connection. Every can of coffee supports our mission to inspire, create, and bring people together through music and community.

  • The Union Square Soirée Young Artists Program provides young musicians with the opportunity to perform in a professional setting, sharing the stage with renowned artists. Designed to nurture emerging talent, the program offers young performers valuable experience, exposure, and mentorship while fostering a supportive and inspiring artistic community. Through these performances, we aim to inspire young musicians, celebrate their talent, and create meaningful musical experiences for both artists and audiences.

  • Union Square Soirée is deeply committed to celebrating diverse cultures through music, uniting artists and audiences in the richness of universal traditions. Recent programming highlights include a celebration of Latin American culture, featuring acclaimed cellist Juan Sebastián Delgado and Latin Grammy Award winner, pianist Kristhyan Benitez, alongside Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, featuring a Piano Extravaganza with Japanese American pianist Rieko Tsuchida and Chinese American pianist Susan Zhang.

A key part of our cultural mission is the presentation of Tatar classical music, led by our President, Ramilya Saubanova. As a pianist and passionate advocate for her heritage, she founded Music and Heritage: The Tatar Classical Music Project and has brought the beauty of Tatar music to esteemed venues such as Peabody Conservatory, ATTA in San Francisco, and the Russian Embassy in Washington, DC. Her work also includes a special collaboration with Peabody Conservatory and Johns Hopkins University on a Tatar film, further preserving and sharing the cultural legacy of Tatarstan.

By embracing cultural diversity, Union Square Soirée creates a space where music serves as a bridge between traditions, fostering a truly inclusive and enriching artistic experience.
